How Tranquillo Solutions Turned Strategic Vision into Measurable ImpactThe Challenge
The Challenge
Scott’s business was already healthy. Over four years running on EOS, and a small, self-managing team of eight, things were working at a steady pace. But Scott, a true visionary with no shortage of ideas, felt like the business was stuck at 10 or 20 miles an hour when he knew it could run at 60.
He’d tried hiring a full-time integrator and worked with him for nine months, but key projects still weren’t moving at the pace Scott anticipated. What he needed wasn’t someone to manage people. His team already ran itself. What he needed was someone who could take his vision and actually accelerate it.

The Engagement
Eleonora from Tranquillo Solutions stepped in as what Scott calls his “operations accelerator,” a role focused entirely on pushing key projects forward rather than managing his team day to day.
The scope covered high-level strategic work: helping write a book, running marketing campaigns, supporting the team in leaning into their unique strengths for lighter, more fulfilling work, and building out marketing design visuals. Overall project management tied it all together, with a current focus on architecting better AI systems for the business.
The biggest shift for Scott was having someone who could take the fast-moving filter of his vision, interpret it, and truly own a project end to end, rather than just executing tasks handed down. That ownership was the piece he hadn’t found before.
It wasn’t without growth on Scott’s side too. Learning to delegate more clearly and trust his team with well-defined success criteria pushed him outside his usual comfort zone, in a good way.
The Shift
Scott estimates the business has gone from executing at 10-20 miles an hour to 30-40 miles an hour, with a clear path toward the 60 mile an hour pace he originally set out to reach.
For a small company, having someone operating in what Scott describes as close to a “number two seat” from a strategic standpoint has meant better alignment across the team and a faster rate of completing key priorities, even without a dramatic shift in revenue numbers to point to yet.
Asked for the single biggest thing he walked away with, Scott’s answer was integration: finally having someone who could own strategic projects at a high level, freeing him to stay focused on vision and architecture.
Looking Ahead
Scott has already extended the engagement, signing on for another 12 months. Looking forward, his focus is on continuing progress against his current priorities, primarily AI, marketing and growth initiatives, while completing new projects as they come up.
He believes the model is best suited for similarly sized businesses that already have solid structure in place and don’t need someone managing their people, but do want to move faster on implementing key projects. What Scott initially expected to be a hurdle with the three-hour time difference turned out to be no issue at all. Tranquillo’s rapid responses helped accelerate project momentum, and starting with a three-month agreement made it seamless to then transition to a full year engagement.
In His Words
“Before, I was making good progress, a successful, profitable business, but I had this nagging feeling. I was only executing at 10 to 20 miles an hour, and the number of good ideas far outpaced our capacity. Now, with Tranquillo as our operations accelerator, we’ve over doubled our pace of implementing key projects without me having to manage and own all of them. I could still be the visionary and the architect.”
