Lamarr came to Tranquillo Solutions to build Unbreakable Promise: a coaching program specifically for high-performing couples, designed to keep the lines of communication open between two people building a life and a business at the same time.

Together, they worked through the cadence, structure, and operational backbone of the program, the pieces Lamarr didn’t have experience building on his own. It wasn’t just a business strategy. It was someone thinking through the full picture of what running a coaching program actually requires, so Lamarr could stay focused on the couples in front of him.

One of the biggest challenges along the way was learning to hold three roles at once: franchise owner of a popular food chain restaurant, Pastor and now program builder. But the more sessions Lamarr went through, the clearer it became that this was exactly where he was meant to be.

Tranquillo Solutions stepped in on both fronts.

For Perris Jones’ book, the team helped move the project forward end to end: connecting with the publisher to complete key pieces of the manuscript, guiding revisions and feedback, creating curate social media content for the author, and building a full media kit so Perris could share his story with news and media outlets.

For The Good Feet Store’s annual meeting, El took Jonathan’s raw ideas and built them into a real structure: content planned and sequenced for the full day, a clear workflow for the team to follow, and coaching for Jonathan on how to use these tools to speak to his own community. Beyond building out the event structure and workflow, El also facilitated an interactive speaking session during the meeting. Designed to align team members around shared goals, the session helped attendees identify and leverage their unique individual strengths to drive collective results.

Jonathan noted that even with a few projects on pause along the way, watching Perris’ book finally move again was genuinely exciting. And seeing his own scattered ideas for the team meeting come back as a built-out roadmap gave him a level of clarity he hadn’t had walking in.

Tranquillo Solutions helped Chad turn a meaningful idea into an actual program.

The team designed his website, built out a pricing structure, and set up the full back-end application process so people could actually register and participate in the sessions. Beyond the technical pieces, Tranquillo worked directly with Chad’s team to put a real operational process in place, mapping out how each session would actually run.

El didn’t just build the structure from the outside. She attended Chad’s initial sessions to help facilitate them, and summarized each one along the way so Chad could track what was working, what wasn’t, and how the program needed to evolve as it went.

Along the way, Chad’s own vision shifted. What started as an idea for a large, year-long program became something smaller and more focused: weekly calls and a tighter, more intentional community. It wasn’t the program he originally set out to build, but it was the one that actually fit what he wanted to create.

Eleonora from Tranquillo Solutions stepped in as what Scott calls his “operations accelerator,” a role focused entirely on pushing key projects forward rather than managing his team day to day.

The scope covered high-level strategic work: helping write a book, running marketing campaigns, supporting the team in leaning into their unique strengths for lighter, more fulfilling work, and building out marketing design visuals. Overall project management tied it all together, with a current focus on architecting better AI systems for the business.

The biggest shift for Scott was having someone who could take the fast-moving filter of his vision, interpret it, and truly own a project end to end, rather than just executing tasks handed down. That ownership was the piece he hadn’t found before.

It wasn’t without growth on Scott’s side too. Learning to delegate more clearly and trust his team with well-defined success criteria pushed him outside his usual comfort zone, in a good way.

Mark brought Tranquillo Solutions in for several connected pieces of work. Eleonora, the founder of Tranquillo Solutions, stepped in as Borislow Insurance’s EOS facilitator, helping implement the model and run their L10 meetings and Quarterly and Annual Planning Meetings in a style the executive team actually responded to.

From there, the work expanded to Mark’s latest book, Captivated Health: Take Control, Gain Transparency, Leverage Confidence. Once he’d framed the vision, Eleonora stepped in to execute, bringing structure and momentum to the effort by matching him with a skilled writing partner, keeping the project seamlessly on track. She led the charge on client research, interviewing 10 of Mark’s key clients and shaping their experiences into compelling, first-person case studies – delivering a fully published, Amazon-ready book in only five months.

The book launch became the anchor for a broader brand effort: a new Captivated Health website, tied directly to the launch, followed by a steady social media campaign to build brand awareness about the book and Captivated Health.
