From a vision in his head to a book on the shelf, in five months.

The Challenge

As the visionary behind Captivated Health, Mark is always generating new ideas, but like many entrepreneurs, he found it hard to translate what was in his head into something his team could run with. He’d already brought on an EOS integrator, but the fit wasn’t right; his executive team didn’t connect with the style, and the implementation stalled.

At the same time, Mark had a book he wanted to write — his fifth, but the first he wanted to author entirely on his own. His previous books had been co-authored and had taken far longer than he had time for. Between running Captivated Health, building out its website, and launching a brand awareness campaign, he needed a partner who could take his vision and actually move it forward without pulling his own team away from their day-to-day focus.

The Engagement

Mark brought Tranquillo Solutions in for several connected pieces of work. Eleonora, the founder of Tranquillo Solutions, stepped in as Borislow Insurance’s EOS facilitator, helping implement the model and run their L10 meetings in a style the executive team actually responded to.

From there, the work expanded to Mark’s latest book, Captivated Health: Take Control, Gain Transparency, Leverage Confidence. Once he’d framed the vision, Eleonora stepped in to execute Mark’s vision, bringing structure and momentum to the effort by matching him with a skilled writing partner, keeping the project seamlessly on track. She led the charge on client research, interviewing 10 of Mark’s key clients and shaping their experiences into compelling, first-person case studies – delivering a fully published, Amazon-ready book in only five months.

The book launch became the anchor for a broader brand effort: a new Captivated Health website, tied directly to the launch, followed by a steady social media campaign to build brand awareness about the book and Captivated Health.

Beyond the deliverables, Mark points to something less tangible but just as important: having a resource he can call on when he’s sold on a vision and needs help making it real, without adding to his team’s plate.

Looking Ahead

Mark is preparing to take on a three-year term as president of his national association and has his next vision already in mind for his company: a subscription-based platform offering expanded support (estate planning, financial affairs, life and disability insurance) alongside the Medicare services Captivated Health already provides to its 5,000+ members. Tranquillo Solutions is currently working on this project, which kicked off in Q3 of 2026 and is actively underway.
